When you post a hand please pose some kind of question. Here I raise for value as T8/AA/JJ is about all that beats you and I can't see him having any of those hands. You have a set on a dry board please raise river!

I did, he pushed.

Given that line, what range would you give this villain on the river?

Hmmm probably weighted towards 77 and AJ. If you raised and he pushed I can't see us getting away from the hand if he has T8 so be it. I assume you raised to like 24-ish, giving us over 2:1 on the call and we are ahead more than that so it's a call.

I'm kinda discounting AA/JJ, I suppose they are a posibility too.

you cant fold your set here when facing his river overtop shove on this board. Its surely a cooler if he had AA/JJ or T8.

Without any specific reads yes. I mean what can he beat? Unless we are known to go crazy with KK/QQ. Absolutely sick if he pushed with AK/AQ on the river to a re-rasie! There's a possibility he may fold AK/AQ to a river reraise if he is sane and your not some kind of maniac.

raise to $25, call a push.
range something like 77/AJ and if it's 8T then i guess that kinda shit happens with people who post a blind from UTG. I call, expect 77.

What about air or something like AT? Villain is a station. Our turn bet could very well be trying to steal the pot. 1/2 pot OOP could well be his way of trying to steal the pot.

Anyway:

I dunno why I even posted this...just a sanity check I guess. Been losing pots like this vs stations all over the place lately.

I knew I was ahead of his likely range and had to play for stacks here... He flipped 68s FTW
