villan (UTG) was new to the table (only about 8 hands) but seemed stationary pre. But seeing his stack size he is bad.
Of course we are not worried about MP2.
villain's raise is pretty big.
There are 21 combos of hands that beats us: 16 (JT), 3 (88), 1 (99) and 1 (QQ)
There are maybe 25 combos of hands that we beat: 6 (AA), 6 (KK), 1 (AKss), 6 (98) and 6 (Q8)
Push/fold?

No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (8 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG+1 ($15.32)
MP1 ($24.25)
MP2 ($9.25)
CO ($48.75)
Button ($50.17)
SB ($55.06)
Hero (BB) ($50)
UTG ($24.50)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9, Q
UTG calls $0.50, UTG+1 calls $0.50, MP1 calls $0.50, MP2 calls $0.50, 2 folds, SB calls $0.25, Hero checks

Flop: ($3) Q, 9, 8 (6 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2.50, UTG raises $12, 2 folds, MP2 calls $8.75 (All-In), 1 fold, Hero ???

I would probably have to discount AA, KK, AKs, 98, and Q8 a great deal here. He probably raises with {AA, KK, AKs} and most likely doesn't limp UTG with Q8. As for 98, I would really only give him credit for one combo (98dd) as he probably doesn't limp 98o. This leaves us crushed.

I want to fold here.

That's how winners play; we convince the other guy he's making all the right moves.

fold - i think you have to factor in some AA/KK combos but not all as his range is heavily weighted toward the nuts.
Against an unknown where we have top two against action id be tempted to muck quickly.

i think you'll find better spots
