all folds in sb vs bb. villian in bb is a solid regular running 13/10/3 with 5% 3 bet from bb.
Hero sb($50):
bb($50):
Hero raises $2,bb raises to $6, hero raises to $17, bb all-in,hero calls. Do you guys prefer fold to 3 bet preflop?

When I have AQ SBvBB I tend to fold somewhere against 80% of players

I hope you don't mean open fold?

call or fold > 4bet against your average nit tag who certainly is 3betting a polarized range as a default (I assume most are though some will 3bet stuff like JTs here which is dumb) bvb and flatting anything playable IP.
tough to call without any reads though.

OOP vs this guy just fold to the 3bet. His 3bet range might include weaker hands like KQ, AJ, and AT in a BvB confrontation, but overall his range is pretty solid here imo. I'd like myself a lot more in the morning if I shipped with AK here instead, but wygd.

does anyone use a min raise on the 3 bet to give image of aces to see if he slows down or is the 3 bet standard 3x raise? also, in microstakes, have notices many players using a min raise with wide range of hands (suited gappers and connectors). In 9max nl, how would you effectively use this?

I tend to agree here with the call/fold here.
Personally without further tells, I would flat call it:
Text results appended to pokerstove.txt
Lets give him a fairly wide range, maybe wider initially as he could be perceiving your raise as a bluff, you would know better, but without tells, I doubt it would be by much.
equity---win-----tie-----pots won--pots tied
Hand 0: { AcQh }
35.733% 24.65% 11.08% 17727143 7970969.00
Hand 1: { JJ+, AQs+, KQs, AQo+ }
64.267% 53.18% 11.08% 38247687 7970969.00
Here we're about at our odds to make the call. We act first, and vs. QQ, AA we're not as likely to hit a hand where we stack off (nor is he as likely to hold these). KK, flop an Ace, and this puts action on him, flop a Queen, this depends on your post-flop play. JJ, flop a queen or an ace, this puts him in a harder position. to play. This seems like a reasonable range from bb, and will give us close to 0 return on our additional investment. If from experience he has an edge in post flop play, or is dangerous post-flop, I would muck to his 3bet. (Note: if he is 3betting here with a more polarized range regularly, I would tend to flat call this rather than fold, but I don't have information, obviously a more polarized range is +eV for you, so snap call)
Alternatively, once you reraised, I feel this significantly reduces his range.
I will include JJ, although honestly - for a TAg regular to shove here, I doubt he will be coming in over the top with JJ in this situation:
equity---win-----tie-----pots won--pots tied
Hand 0: { AcQh }
28.151% 27.02% 01.14% 13877878 583187.50
Hand 1: { JJ+, AKs, AKo }
71.849% 70.71% 01.14% 36324867 583187.50
With his re-shove, that $17 is dead money. you would need to put $33 additional into a $100 total pot, snap fold. -5% overall. This is however excluding any reads you may have on his play. If you can account for that 6% elsewhere, or think the ranges could be larger, that would affect your decision making here, but these ranges make the most sense to me, simply based on his 13/10 stats. Notably, removing JJ from the range here decreases your equity by an additional 3.7%.
I agree with what others said, I hope this explains why, call/fold initial reraise, fold to the reshove.
