villian is 17/10/1.5 with 1% 3bet% over 150 hands. Any thoughts on my play on the flop, turn and river? I just cant see any hands in his range which i beat on the river. Also, I dont really think that these types of players would run trip barrel bluff after i showed so much interest in the hand. Should i CRAI on the turn instead given his weak bet sizing?

I think he has a worse FD more than 25% of the time here so I call. Not particularly happy though...
Other streets look fine. Turn c/r is spewy I think he'll have sets too much.

So are you calling on a non A or K river?
I think this hand is played fine but the river is close but I can't find a fold for such a good price without a strong read that he always has a set here.

haha good question. Depends what card it is, I think he's more likely to bluff an A or K though. I do agree it is a very close decision on river.

is it ever possible for villain to have AT, J9s or Q9s here since calling flat from button?
I think a set seems much more probable given stats but there's to many hands you beat to not call river.
Seems like you did a good job of controlling the pot from OP anyway and his weak river bet seems more like a blocker... but I can defenitely see a either a missed draw or set here.
