Here's my thoughts on the hands...tell me where I'm going wrong either with my play, or my reasoning after the fact.
Hand1: c/c on the river is better in case villain missed his FD
Hand2: standard
Hand3: villain needs to be more of a station to try and extract value from the river. And wtf's up with that weak-ass turn bet?
Hand4: I guess I'm ok with this one.

hand 1: fine. i dont like c/r on the river cuz this guy is probably not that aggressive.
hand 2: standard
hand 3: i bet more on the turn and see cheap showdown.
hand 4: i raise to $5 preflop. In general, i dont like to trap loose unknowns in my games.By the way, your line is good against aggressive players in 3 bet pots.

That's a big 3-bet. What's the reasoning there? Just trying to build a big pot early? Villain has implied odds for sethunting either way.
I've started to play 3bet pots that I hit like this more often. I figure if they're calling my 3-bet, they've usually got TT-QQ or AK,AQ. The former will probably fold to my flop lead on this board, and the latter will probably get it in regardless of what I do on the flop, so I get more value out of checking the flop OOP and hope that they bet into me. Seems that most players at 50NL are cautious enough to fold a high PP when there's an ace on the board...

1: fine, esp since villain is short. I think you see Jx a lot here. is 3x your normal raise? I normally 4x it so with the poster I'd raise 5x.
2: Good.
3: cbet the flop a lot of the time, this hits your range. As played I think I'd check behind on the river.
4: I like it, he's probably shutting down with TT-QQ and you'll probably get action against AJs+. You only have to worry about sets. I think I'd bet the turn though after the flop check behind.
FWIW I normally play 6 max

Usually I'm 9-tabling and just use my autobet script 3-bet sizing...which is a little weak for 3-betting minbets I guess.
The autobet script is also why in hand1 I didn't bump it up 1BB for the poster -- the script only does that for limpers, but doesn't seem to want to for posters...
...something to keep in mind while I'm on auto-pilot multi-table mode...

How come in hand2 you don't check the turn as well to get a free card and keep the pot small? To me with a vpip of 12 I could see him set hunting on you, and slow playing it. Plus he flat called on the flop. Not questioning your play. This is what my gut tells me to do, and I also know my post flop game needs a LOT of work.

I bet the turn to take down the pot in case he's floating with 66-88 or overcards. It also fosters the 'maniac aggro' image I'm looking for. I suppose it also builds a pot for when my flush hits so in case he is slowplaying a set or overpair, he won't be able to get away on the river.
But I suppose an argument could be made for checking the turn...
Villain appears tight preflop, and passive postflop which could means he loves a good slowplay, and his line up to the flop could very well be a slowplay, so the check might be best.
But if my flush comes on the river, I'm going to have trouble getting it in with only a $12 pot.
