109 hands with Villain. Hasn't gotten out of line, but his 3b is 6.5%.

Should the re-raise on the turn be a bit larger. I'm assuming so. ~$13? ....$16 would leave me with about a psb on river.

Wouldn't 88-77 raise on this coordinated flop in good position?

Pre is fine I guess as long as there's no crazies behind you.

I bet $4.5 on flop

as played you need to put this guy on a range when he bets turn and ask yourself why you think raising is a good idea.

as played on the river you need to take the range you assigned to him when he bet/called turn and ask yourself what part of that range donks river (best guess) then weigh the equity your hand has vs this range to the pot odds you are getting

let's see what you come up with, you might be surprised...

Raising the turn is neither standard nor good

My reason for raising was to fold out the drawing hands, but I guess I get called my too much that has me beaten. I also thought I could get some value out of JJ-QQ if they thought I was bullshitting the Ace.

It looks like calling turn was a better option. Then I'd reevaluate the river, possibly calling or folding depending on bet size. If no one bets, I'd fire something for about 50%.

sound any better?
