Hero ???

cortbass was 61/44/3. He was a 3bet maniac
I was wondering what do we do here on the flop? Shoving, we'll be called by any Q, but also by AA or JJ and maybe ATo. Do you shove? I don't think we can get away from the pot with all that money in it, can we?

That flop sucks.

I don't see any way to get away from this hand though. And with the wide range that cortbass has, he could just as easily have nothing as something.

PUSH.
Hey knucklehead! Bonk!

Is there any other option other then to push with so little behind in relation to the pot?

Against any decent player, you could put AK, AA, QQ, JJ (maybe 1010 and AQ) in his range. Against this type of maniac, you can add a shitload of hands that you crush, so I think you have a lot of value in shoving this.

What do you know about his post flop play? It's important to know if he continues betting like a maniac. I see value in check/calling a shove if you're sure he would bluff at it.

That flop doesn't suck. Especially against 3bet monkey.

It's easy all-in, because you have only half-pot behind, half stack comitted preflop and possible AK, Ax and other drawing crap against you. Folding that hand in that pot would be absurd.

That's to big of a pot to risk check/check with vulnerable hand. Don't trap here. Go ahead and push, there's no other choice.
