Villian is a 32/12 over 22 hands. He picked up chips by calling a PF raise with AQo, hitting TPTK, and getting it all-in with a shortstack.

Re-raise here, or call and play the turn fast? What about if the flop was rainbow?

I'd raise to 10-12 and try to all in on the turn. Calling keeps the pot small and looks like your drawing in case the turn is a spade. Maybe calling flop works if he fires a lot of 2nd barrels with stuff he won't call a flop raise with.
