After flop call, i was thinking either tp or set, because i have the two highest spades so i found it hard to put villain on spade draw. I then decided to bet turn to find out which, and figured if he had set he would prob minraise, but i could call b/c of the nut flush draw. When he did minraise me, i immediately put him on a set, and had every intention of checkfolding to any decent size bet.
I think my turn lead was bad. I think i prob should've either checked or led more. Thoughts on this and rest of line?

No, if you bet this turn, you should be betting for value, otherwise check/call.

Gross. Without any reads, this is very weak/tight.
You line is okay. Some alternative lines would be to c/r ai on the turn, or just push after you get minraised, or c/c. As played, push the river. Pot is big and you are not folding if he pushes, so just push yourself.
