This isn't my hand, just the guy next to me. I would've played it differently, and am wondering what the rest of you do.
Hero is VERY tight, and has a very narrow raising range. Rarely seen in a hand, and when he is, he's usually holding a high pair, or the nuts.
Villain has a wide range, and will call raises from anyone with any sort of SC's, PP's, even suited gappers. Villain is very aware, and a solid LAG.
Villain has $1000~
Hero has $400~
Hero is dealt Ad As UTG
Hero raises to 45 (standard at this table), 3 folds, maniac calls, 4 folds, Villain calls (BB).
Flop: 5c 8c 9d Pot: $140
Villain checks, Hero bets $100, maniac folds, Villain raises to $200, Hero...?

Either calls and gets it in on the turn or pushes right there?
He has so much invested due to the enourmous preflop raise (9x bb was standard?) that he can't fold, can he? Pot is $440 and he has $250 behind.
The min raise would scare me if I am Hero though... I think I would go broke here if I am outflopped...

Yeah, 8-9xBB was standard. This table was insane. Thousands of dollars flying across the table every hand.
Do most of you go broke here? Or is this simply read depandant on whether or not you should just fold?

I might be able to find a fold. If villian is really aware, then he'll realize that hero is raising a very small range, and he'll also be aware that hero is pretty well committed after his flop bet.

If I'm villian against Hero here I'm calling the flop and check raising the turn with a set.

Hero re-raised all-in, and villain shows 76d.
