These hands are all very advanced..

Hand #1: Villain lays down KK to my AA pre-flop! (at least thats what he said), how should I have handled this?

Hand #3: Should I have folded this KQ pre-flop? I have a feeling that I should have as it was likely to be dominated and I was out of position. What should I do about his flop bet?

 Doh!!! I don't think I'm experienced enough to answer!! Feel free to ignore me if my replies are not advanced enough... (Seriously)

Hand #1: I probably play exactly the same. His re-raise advocates QQ or KK. If you just call his pre-flop re-raise, then you risk the other player in the hand coming along, and lessening the chances of your aces holding up. Your re-re-raise tells him that you have aces or kings as well. If that other person wasn't in the pot, I may opt to just call, and sucker him into a flop bet if a K or Q doesn't hit.

Hand #2: Borderline decision on the end (I may not be advanced enough for this one...) but I say you're beat. That is almost exactly how I would play a set if I knew my opp had an ace. Do you fear KJ here? Would he have called the flop bet to chase the 10? I may have bet a little more on the flop just to be sure where I stood. And his river bet of $175 screams confidence and is just begging you to call. Very tough one indeed.

Hand #3: Yes, out of position, possible domination, full-ring, fold pre-flop. After the flop, I'm looking for a reason to fold, and three hearts showing is enough of an excuse for me... (Although this could be a great place for a big semi-bluff... i guess that's what you did on the turn, although it's a pretty risky move against a short stack...) Great suck out though!

You're good.. just in the past had some complete beginners like saying what they would do and its not much help lol.. good points..

I had position on the guy that reraised with KK I should have just smooth-called and I could have taken his stack. I just didnt believe it was possible to lay down KK to AA pre-flop. Guess it is (though probably not the wisest decision always)

Hand 1: Since he limp-raised utg, you've got a chance to get cute and fake weakness and let him bluff/commit himself on any flop reguardless of what he has. You've got position here, but a reraise is an acceptable line.

Hand 2: It's tough. This hand confuses me a little bit. I think he's making a blocking/value bet with a straight and feels only the flush can raise him. It's an interesting river bet, but the action confuses me. I'd like to know more about your opponent.

Hand 3: Defending your blind for such a cheap price with KQo is alright. You need the lead the flop or check-raise as essentially your last actions.

Anyone who wants to attempt to analyze these hands should do so. The learning here isn't reserved exclusively for the person who posts the hands.

People get better by looking at these hands, and having their analysis critiqued. If someone posts something you don't agree with, ignore it, or, even better, say why you don't agree with it, and that person's understanding will improve.

Naw, these are too advanced for our puny brains to handle. Heck, [ Ac As ]? We don’t even get those hands in the micros. It’s like they use a different deck or something.

hand 1: played fine, he showed major strength limp-raising, if he really laid down KK then gj to him, but 99% of the time this play will work fine for you.

hand 2: he trapped the hell out of you, im thinking set of 9s, nothin you can do here except do what you did, lay it down on the river

hand 3: calling preflop was fine, i probably would have just check-raised him all in since you were obviously going to bet into him on the turn anyway and he didnt have much left.

all hands played pretty well IMO
