These stats are since I started playing on 12/16 as per the link in my signature.
PokerEV tells me my adjusted equity is 3.4 ptbb/100.

*I'm running really really bad OTB with big pairs.

setometer screenshot (a link b/c it's kind of big)
So I'm running a bit hot but that's beside the point. I've been working on opening up my game and typically run about 17/15 now. I'm trying to get ready for a move up to 200nl once my bankroll hits $10k, so what else looks off?

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

this looks really great, work on defending your blinds a little more, finding good spots to 3bet etc.

nice results man, keep it up. your stats look like the opposite of mine btw, very cool to see this.
I'd like to know why AA is your 2nd worst pocket pair though.

Girlfriend: Soo... you forgot to run that errand, but you had time to werewolf? Wtf?

Thanks
Those Setometer results only shows your profit with sets made from each pocket pair, not pocket pair profit as a whole.

Renton, let me just ask point blank - at NL25 or NL50, what are good spots to 3-bet? I've tried 3-betting with spectacular lack of success as I've "taken my shot" at NL25. LoL. I have been running bad, but I've been doing some major spewing too.
I know I need to add 3-bets to my game but don't know where to start. Any help/links to good posts mucho appreciated. By the way, I'm focused on FR, but I do play a bit of 6-max, too.

Any chance you could rephrase this or something? I've read it like 8 times and I'm still convinced it's not English =P
