reraise him big on the flop and be prepared to move all-in. In general, your hand is too strong to play scared money here and take passive line like that.

Your passiveness could kill small kittens. Reraise the flop huge to like 30 and get it in as soon as possible.

like dean and pokerfan said, 4bet flop and be happy to move in. On such a draw heavy board this could be easily be a set or some sort of combo draw

Reraise the flop man, there's a heart draw out there. Don't you think villain plays this the same with a set or two pair or even a strong draw? You should be really happy if you get to stack off on the flop here.
