Hero raises to $1, 7 folds, SB calls, BB folds.

reraise to $6.50 and go from there. 25NL is full of those "I'll bet he has AK" type players. If he reraises then you can safely let this go. If he calls, you have position on the turn. (I'd spike a T just to make sure)
