Villian is 60/12 over the last 100 hands or so. Postflop he is fairly passive though normally with/without the goods...
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $.25 BB (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
MP3 ($25)
CO ($25)
Button ($7.14)
SB ($31.33)
BB ($22.45)
UTG ($25.80)
Hero ($23)
UTG+2 ($34.90)
MP1 ($23.77)
MP2 ($9.75)
Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with T , T . SB posts a blind of $0.10.
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.75, 3 folds, MP3 calls $0.50, 4 folds.
Flop: ($1.85) 4 , 7 , 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $2, MP3 calls $2.
Turn: ($5.85) K (2 players)
Hero bets $3, MP3 calls $3.
River: ($11.85) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 bets $15, Hero calls $15.
Final Pot: $41.85
My thoughts: If he flopped the flush, I would've gotten raised on the flop or turn. Flat calls say a draw, or a monster. River over bet stunk. I think I'm more scared of a $5 bet here than this... thoughts??

I probably checkfold or sometimes checkcall the turn. Betting it is extremely thin, and really does nothing to define villains hand, since he'd call there with a generally equal spread of hands you beat and hands that beat you. As played bet like 3.5 on the river if you want to see a showdown. Any decent players gonna make you for AsXx and bluff you if you check.

I considered the checkfold or checkcall line, but thought that keeping the aggression going would tell me something, I think he would normally at least mini-raise me here on the turn if he had something, otherwise I'LL put him on AsXx... I can't imagine that betting 3.5 on the river is not much different from checking in this instance. If he's going to make a move, 3.5 isn't going to do anything but tell him that I'm willing to fold if he pushes... Maybe I haven't seen enough people slow playing the nuts and then grossly (sp?) overbetting the river? The over bet just smelled fishy to me...

Can you give me a little more than that??
Against decent players, a fold is definitely the right move...Against this player though, I felt that this was a bluff more than 50% of the time, so I am winning when I make this call... independent of results...
Which were (for those that need them): (in white)
Villian shows As 2h for A high
Hero wins pot with TT...

while i think its a bluff there a significant percentage of the time, its by no means more than 50%.
Setting yourself up to call big bluffs like this with highly marginal hands is a recipe for adding more variance to your game without increasing your EV very much.
