No reads, except almost entire table was your standard bad players. Re-raises were almost un-heard of. I have been agressive, not sure if villain know that.
I'm pretty sure flop and turn are standard but a line-check is appreciated. River villain has $14 behind, should I bet a little more ($12), or just put him all-in.

I would raise the flop too just because you don't really have any idea of where you are. If he keeps firing on the turn I might just dump.

why raise the flop and shut down some of the range of hands that beats us?
(I am not disagreeing. Its a legitimate question.)
I think this is a pretty good way to play this hand fwiw. You lose value vs some hands, but you allow him to continue betting with hands he'd ordinarily fold to your raises and you are controlling the pot with a weak one pair hand.

I was thinking about this post this morning (before I read the responses). My read description was bad.
"Standard bad players" could have several meanings. This table was tight passive so this bet smelled of AK, possibly but much less likely a blocking bet by AQ.
Does this information change the "raise the flop" stance?
