 Wasn't sure what to do here. Original Raiser was 14/14 over a smallish sample. 3bettor was 30/12 (3% 3b) over 250ish. What's your play?

I'm guessing the NL25 people don't 3bet unless they have AA/KK
although I have no idea what 3% 3-bet means... I'm using PT2

 yeah I can't fold obviously. And I think calling pretty much blows as well. I'm lost if I 4b here and one of them shoves. So I'm lost. Thoughts?
