1. Fold
2. Maybe 1/2-1/1 pot your set is usually good here, check-raise is out because of draws. allin is too premature here i think.
3. why is villain calling here 5? Reads needed but if
he is any good u get call only from better hand. Maybe
a 4 if villain is fishy or lag.
But turn bet is so small i think you have to call it anyway.
River is strange no value bet here from villain. I would
definetely check behind as u did. I would say villain has 4.

1 - Reraise all in
2- check, it's more than likley someone was on a straight draw there really is not much +EV in betting here, you will only be called by 2 pair or perhaps pair + draw. I would say it's a break-even play.
3- Why would villian check a full house... His like screams middle 88-99 or AK I would say 80% he will have 88-99. All in and expect a call from A high or 88-99.

1. Against know LAG reraise allin is good. Against known
regular bye bye stack.
2. Check and give free card for fl and str8 draw?
3. why would villain call raise 1->5 with AK or 88-99? No way...
One general comment I like to play at least half an hour in
a table to get a feel what kind of players my opponents are.
I am not willing to play for stacks in marginal situations
before I have some kind of read of my opponents.

Because its 25nl and yes, way.
This opp looked at his hand and thought 'haha ill catch this aggro sucker out with his ace high'
btw, bet the river for value. Noone at 25nl is going to c/r the river when they have QQ beaten, they lump it all in for value.

These hands are QQ and a flopped set. What would you do differently in the absence of reads? The other more experience players here seem to do fine assuming a general 25NL donk mentality.

1: Raise
2: Bet turn 3/4 or stronger
3: Bet river, because he didn't. So I wouldn't put him on anything.
