First time poster, long time lurker. Great forum guys.
I have a hand for you to critique (sry for HH, please let me know if there is a converter for Bodog, as I tried some converters and they didn't work)
No reads
9 handed
Hero is dealt Kh8h
Hero ($45) MP2
Villain ($24) SB
Folds, Hero limps [not so great], folds, Villain completes, BB checks
Flop is 8d5hKd (Pot: $.75)
-SB bets $.85, BB folds, Hero raises to $2, SB calls
Turn: Jh (Pot: $4.75)
-SB checks, Hero bets $4, SB raises to $13, Hero uses all his time and folds
When he raised so huge on the turn, for some reason I forgot about my flush draw and was considering whether he turned 2 pair. He slightly overbet the flop which makes me think he had a K and wanted to make flush draws (2 diamonds on flop) pay but I'm not sure. I think with the turned flush draw i should have perhaps at least called, but my brain froze and I was only considering whether his hand beat my 2-pair. His check raise rather than leading out or calling my turn bet looked pretty strong. Also, leaving 9 behind looks stronger than going all in; he basically is committing himself to the pot.
Questions (considering no reads)
Was this a terrible fold?
What could he be raising so much with on the turn?
How often am I ahead here?
What's your turn play?
Thanks guys.

Preflop I dislike... I would fold k8s in MP2 but if you're going to play raise it up.
Flop is perfect, now push. Vill could easily have worse 2 pair and even if opp has a set whih is the worst case scenario you still have 13 outs (FD + FH draw).

Ill not discuss preflop, you critiqued your own play.
You have at least 30-35% equity versus this guys top range of sets and i think its unfair in these size games and on Bogogg to give your opponent credit for having you beaten always so i agree with badgers.
You wanted to build a pot on flop and turn was even better so i dont think i fold.

You have to put him on KJ or 55 to be beat (can't really give 88 or KK credit). If you're going to be stupid tight about it, you still have to add K5, if so...
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 52.727% 51.36% 01.36% 339 9.00 { Kh8h }
Hand 1: 47.273% 45.91% 01.36% 303 9.00 { 55, KJs, K5s, KJo, K5o }
get it in. (Also, no way he is this tight)
Terrible fold.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. The reraise was just so huge that I was wondering what I could be beating, but I suppose that was terribly Nitty of me, as there were only 2-3 hands that were beating me, and I had quite a few outs.
