Personally I don't like pretty much any bluff in $25N, especially against someone with VP$IP of 50%. You simply don't bluff calling stations. Low limit NL is all about value betting and pushing monsters.

Yeah I see no reason to call that .75 preflop.

Okay, limp with anything, then call a 4xbb raise with it.

Why not?

Because your cards need a lot of people in the pot to justify even limping
You're geting implied odds and pot odds to chase draws. Now if he has you dominated by his virtue of playing donk hands, and you flop a pair and call his all-in when he has a better kicker that's very -EV.

Fold preflop. Making any borderline plays at $25 NL is unnecessary risk.

He's calling 50% preflop, but is he raising 50% preflop?

hmm, didn't realize so many of you would think the preflop was bad, but i disagree. he raised 10% preflop, a low enough % that he probably has something, like high cards, but much less likely that he has a high pp. when i called the 75 cents i was figuring that one pair would've been good so long as he didn't act like he hit something (and the flop was good), which he did by overbetting the pot. i was mainly posting this to show that me betting here was not as good of a play as check calling imo, and as i'm playing more 25nl again, i'm realizing that often check/calling a really crappy player is the best line to take. i don't really want to defend my hand here, because IMO as long as money is going into the pot quickly, i'd rather have him jam the pot when he's way behind than scare him off. here's another example: if i at any point after he raised to 7 bet or raised, he was gone, but i didn't so i got an extra 80BB out of him. i have another couple examples of this type of thing but i'm going to sleep and'll find them tomorrow

i don't really consider it a slowplay when he's betting so fast. both hands AI on the turn isn't very slow.

This is taking "weak is strong and strong is weak" to a whole new level. Calling off 50BB with middle pair? I sure hope he wasn't overbetting on value...I could surely see AJ/KJ doing that.
