83% check fold flop. That seems really terrible.

up ur cbets, call slighly less preflop, be more agressive. Look at 3betting preflaps more.

I think ur getting to showdown a bit much with marginals, bet/fold more.
I'm not that good at stat interpretations though. I suggest you just post more hands!

^this.
Cbetting at FR is fairly profitable. The majority of players aren't going to be continuing with a wide range, and the number of floats/bluff raises are going to be few and far between. Because of this we can cbet and 2barrel often expecting folds from their marginal hands (mid pairs, draws, etc). You can cbet too much, so I would say anywhere from 60-70% is fine.
Calling 3bets too much is a bad thing. OOP rarely should you be calling 3bets. 4bet or fold often in that situation. When IP you can start calling with a wider range of hands (especially if you know he is 3betting light, in which case Suited Broadways are good to play back with). However, at 100nl/200nl villains tend to spaz when you 4b them IP, as your range becomes rather polarized and you are generally either bluffing or have the nuts. In my limited experience, they feel it's a bluff way more than it is, and start shipping JJ,AQ,etc. So just something to think about.

ive put in another 12K hands and my stats have stayed pretty much the same im terms of cbetting and calling bets.
My win has fallen to 5bb/100 but im more concerned with getting up my cbetting and 3betting/folding cbets more.
I love you all, i will make a concerted effort to get these stats up. Next checkup at 50K

Quick note... I strongly dislike the advice "cbet more". It's far too vague. If HERO wants to up the cbets, he needs to determine when he is cbetting currently.. and find a few spots where he'd like to try cbetting where he currently is not. Simply attempting to "up your cbets" is likely to lead to spew. There are still many places we don't want to be cbetting.

qft - it was vague and general advice he was after though. The advice c-bet more means study c-betting and look for more spots where it would be +EV to do so
