villain was running 11/4/1. I was running at around 13/9/2. Preflop call is meh. However, villain was so nitty that I don't think someone else would 3bet without a real hand.
He obviously has QQ/KK/AA and possible JJ. I played a passive line as I don't think we have much FE (maybe I'm wrong) and TURN was bad if villain has JJ. On the river we hit our hand so how much should we raise? to $90-$100? folding to a push?

first of all calling with suited connectors in position against a nit whos raised utg is a good thing, simply due to the fact you know he has minimum ak and usually a big pair thus if you make your hand and play it well your gonna stack him or take alot off him 9 times out of 10.

In relation to this hand id definitely raise flop as if he has a big overpair he isnt gonna stack off for 200 bbs on this board with an overpair unless hes a complete tard. The only hand your majorly worried about getting it in if you put him to a decision for his stack is jj and 99, he should fold the rest so you infact do have alot of fold equity. As played id raise the river to 140 hoping to make it look bluffy and hope to get a call from an overpair. If he shoves then yes, save your last 200 and fold, he has the boat.

Nice analysis! I indeed thought I was more then 50% to win, but somehow I didn't want to put all 200bb in (in case villain played back) with that tight villain. Need to fix this big leak!

 I think raising flop or calling doesn't matter much. As played I still raise this river. We look like we could have missed a flush or straight draw.
