Tough decision. 50bb isn't really short and your hand isn't really good. On the turn your not calling a $35 bet, your calling a $75 bet. Considering that he called preflop in the sb, he check/called the flop and then led the turn, I'd say he has 2 pair+ (may have hit the second pair, or the straight on the turn.)
It's a tough fold to make (on the turn) but I think you have to. Either decision seems poor, folding with TPGK to a week lead on the turn, or calling off the rest of your stack with the same.
Considering that people tend to play better at higher stakes, I'd (reluctantly) fold on the turn.

agreed :P
The difficulty for me is that with so little behind its hard to find a right way to play this. If we bet the flop opp doesnt have enough left for us to find a fold on any later street imo (or at least we are forced to stacking off)
i think therefore i might check the flop and bett he turn or c/c maybe raise shortys turn bet (assuming he makes one if we check flop) and perhaps fold to a push.
Although, when he leads the turn i might actually find a weak fold believing ill find a much better spot to play for a 50bbs stack, but thats incredibly weak also imo.

I also agree with nutsinho...there's not a lot you can change here...and I'd say that shorty wouldn't push the river without a better hand than you but - it happens, though the chance is probably pretty low. I mean he'd need air, QJ/QT, mid pair...not a lot to make me believe it's one of those but he's shorty...fuck shorty!
