Villain was 35/5/1.6 over 82 hands. He was rarely folding to cbet, and seemed pretty bad overall. Should I bet turn larger? Thoughts on river?

Villain is a reg. Think he runs something like 15/11/2. Should I be looking to just 3bet and get it in here on the flop? Or call and play the turn? I feel comfortable with my hand because I know he is bluffing here some % of the time and the value range he is repping is just so damn narrow (3 combos). Should I assume he has a fair amount of semibluff (QhJh, JhTh, 6h7h, 6h5h, QhTh, etc) type hands in his range and 3bet/call? Or would I be better off calling raise, then maybe donking safe non-heart turns small? Thoughts?

(Also thoughts on best 3bet sizing if we do 3bet flop).

hand 1: c/f

hand 2: if i was in position I'd flat and get it in on any non turn heart, but oop where you can't be guaranteed he'll bet the turn and not take a free card with his draw I just get it in on the flop.
"This sure beats Super Mario Bros.!" is my ejaculation catch phrase.
