Well....
I think we can rule out the BB having the made nut flush most the time if not all the time.
The SB I would think has one of four things, Nut flush, a straight, Qx, or the something like A7 A8 with the Ad....
BB I think has a lower flush or 10J.

I like minraising here. It brings enough action on the flop without making your hand that obvious. It also makes a turn push much easier if you're called.

My sig is too much for you to handle.

I might push. Any size raise is probably going to chase out a straight or two pair, so you're making money from worse flushes, people chasing the nut flush, and maybe 99/88. A push looks desperate and might get called by BB, who really likes his hand.

Does raising to $100 ish seem too suspicious for commiting him on the turn? Can't decide if I like this or the push.

Catch him while his adrenalin is running. This is one of those rare spots where I like a minraise. Double him and see if he'll push over. If he just calls it all gets in on the turn.

I'm pretty much with zook on this one. I think a minraise looks very scary here, plus it lets anyone with a set draw to their boat cheaply, especially if the SB for some reason calls. Any other raise will leave me obviously committed and as such look like I want to keep someone in. I think a push could look like the Ad or a set trying to push people off.
Here is how it went, my guess is that the BB laid down 99/88.
Flop: ($12) 9 , Q , 8 (6 players)
SB bets $6, BB raises to $37, UTG folds, MP1 folds, MP3 folds, Hero calls $195 (All-In), SB calls $77.95 (All-In), BB folds.
Turn: ($327.95) 4 (2 players, 2 all-in)
River: ($327.95) A (2 players, 2 all-in)
Final Pot: $327.95
Results in white below:
SB has 7d Td (flush, ace high).
Hero has 3d Kd (flush, ace high).
Outcome: Hero wins $327.95.
