I'm betting out here, 2/3 of the pot to see where you stand. Probably folding to a re-raise though, AK is definitely possible.

Reraise is fine. You have to lead here. C/r is no good since it inflates the pot way out of control for a TPGK hand. If he raises, you can dump it like Benoso says.

same here, I give this guy credit since he is up 2.5 buy ins at a $200 table. raise 2/3 or 3/4 and fold on a re-raise
