villain was 38/4/4.
I always have problems playing this hand on this type of flops against stations. I believe I'm ahead of his range on the flop, so should a C-bet here be good? What if villain call FLOP and tries to float us on TURN? It still should be OK and I believe we should c/f turn if we don't hit right?

I check it. If the turn brings a diamond, I bet. If I hit, I bet... otherwise check down.

If he bets at you on flop C/Call to float flop and bet turn no matter what shows.

 I would cbet and think about calling a shove, shove most turns myself.
