I reckon that on hand one you can safely push the turn and get called most of the time. I feel that when a TAg reraises a raise, he's got a monster that he's not going to lay down. I'm thinking along the lines of JJ for him.

I like the second hand, this is exactly the kind of play a TAg would make with KQ and maybe even AQ.

No, reads can go horribly wrong, and I'm not going to donk two buyins on a bad read. I'm quite happy with spending 1 buyin to see if a solid read is indeed correct.

The min raises were interesting. He is certainly capable of feeling me out and I don't see how he has more than a pair here often enough to play for stacks out-right. Then again, I thought he'd bet the river and I would nail him there...

Getting back to hand 2...
For what it's worth, his bet sizes slowed me down here. I expected to see $10 on the turn and 1/2 pot on the river as both are pretty par bets for PokerStars with hands AA beats. It looked like he either caught big or was playing back at me hard. In either case, I didn't see cause to re-raise.

Hand 1 is fascinating. It's almost like opp wants you to keep drawing with odds. So ... are you repping the flush there b/c you think opp is beating a flush? can't wait to see how it comes out. With any luck heshe flopped full. Yummy.
Hand 2 if opp is a multitabling sethunting Tagg, turn and river are basically crying calls... you've got just enough of a hand that they're not bad.

For added fun & excitement, how about a stop&go?
minraise turn, fold to a push
if called, check behind if you can. Call a big bet but not a small one. The thinking is that a set will bet small at the river, and the TP will push...

Just thinking aloud.

hand one is fine, but I never call all the way with aces like u did in hand 2, i find that its saving me alot of money vs sets and two pair to just fold on flop/turn, when they reraise me that is. Specially when u read TAG.

I like hand one. By the turn I think he has JJ or 66(if he thinks you throw a continuation bet everytime). I think you are getting paid everytime whether you push the turn or the river. I like calling the turn and letting him improve and bet the river. You only have to worry about the case 6 or J. If they hit this way you save money and your getting his anyway on a boat.

Hand Two: I don't like it. I've found I'm beat more often than not at the 25NL tables. Occasionally you find someone willing to "go to the matresses" with TPTK, but not often. I have to assume less often at higher levels. Most give up after that turn call with TPTK. I think you ran into a set of 8's or 5's. Lucky you had position, so you could have gotten out of this hand losing as little as possible. I fold to the river bet.

Dwarfman is probably right though, you could re-raise the turn to see where you are for less than $60.
