2 folds, MP1 raises to $0.3, 1 fold, MP3 calls $0.30, Hero calls $0.30, 3 folds.

Turn: ($2.45) 9 (2 players)

I don't especially understand the turn re-raise unless you thought he was weak and could fold it then and there.

The turn bet does look weak, but I probably just call again. I probably push river.

I like the turn re-raise. His bet is weak and you're repping the 9. And you basically did push the river, it looks like you left him with 5 cents behind. NH.
