Even if I put him on the flush draw I'm folding this. If he's making this play with anything worse than top 2 pair you are going to have a better opportunity to stack him later.

Good. Even if the c/r AI is a bluff (it isnt), PAPV likes his hand a lot as well. His 3-bet should keep mr c/r AI honest.
