It depends on like 90 million things.
For example, have you seen villain be aggressive with his draws?

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

I would lay it down. You are often way ahead/way behind and most likely the latter. Reads help though

I agree that in general it's likely a fold here.

I was in almost that exact situation today at 10NL. The guy was like 40/5 with high flop aggression so I called. Turn check/check, river he threw out a 1/3 pot bet, I call, he mucks.
To repeat what spoon said, this one is highly dependent on the villain here. I had been raising a bunch before this, so I guess my villain didn't take my flop bet seriously and thought he could push me out. I considered that as a possibility when calling. At the same time though if he'd been really aggressive on the turn I woulda folded.

I don't lay it down here. Could be just about anything at these limits.
