Table was playing very passive preflop in general, villain showed down a few hands where he limped or called pf with a real big range(almost any 2).
Hand 1:
Cbet the flop, was called, then actually hit my card...Wasn't real sure where to go after the turn...

Flop: ($0.95) Q , 5 , 4 (2 players)

Turn: ($2.55) T (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets $0.8, Hero calls $0.80.
River: ($4.15) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 checks.
Final Pot: $4.15
Hand 2:
This hand was a few rotations later, the guy I went up against in the last hand is in the BB in this hand. No real read on the UTG player here, but sure didn't do anything in prev hands to make me think he knew what he was doing. I realize the $2 bet in ~$7-8 pot is small, but this op showed no real pot size awareness and figured there'd be no way that the 2h improved his hand that he called a large bet with... is there a standard play here?

1) bet the turn. he could very easily be drawing or calling with worse. as played, on the river i'd prob value bet. his turn bet says he doesn't like his hand.
2) just go all-in on the turn. if he is calling 2 then he is calling off his stack as well. also, it really doesn't matter what your read of UTG is in this hand since he is so short and you have a good hand in a raised pot.
