I cant provide stats as long as my HUD doesnt work.

#1 Ugly flop

BB is ultra tight 9/4ish
LP is pretty loose preflop, aggro post
BTN is strong thinking TAG

I´ve been taggy, opening my SB raising range. I´m sure LP or BTN will fire a steal bet if I check. Anyone advocating leading the flop and what be our plan if we get a call? In case we c/r, what when LP/BTN/both call or shove? Do we continue, when BB wakes up?

$0.5/$1 No Limit Holdem
10 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG ($91.10)
UTG 1 ($24.75)
MP1 ($90.70)
MP2 ($100.90)
LP1 ($76.10)
LP2 ($242.60)
CO ($67.80)
BTN ($100.00)
Hero ($99.05)
BB ($99.40)

Pre-flop: ($1.5, 10 players) Hero is SB
4 folds, LP1 calls $1 ($75.10), LP2 calls $1 ($241.60), 1 fold, BTN calls $1 ($99.00), Hero raises to $6 ($92.55), BB calls $5.5 ($92.90), LP1 folds ($75.10), LP2 calls $5.5 ($236.10), BTN calls $5.5 ($93.50)

Flop: ($26.5, 4 players)
Hero ($93.05)?[/i]

#2 Ugly turn

MP1 is sTP, his range on turn doesnt probably contain much more than KJ/KQ. He´s definetly capable of limping AK/JJ

$0.5/$1 No Limit Holdem

Stacks:
UTG ($21.00)
UTG 1 ($94.85)
MP1 ($114.65)
MP2 ($100.00)
LP1 ($129.55)
LP2 ($129.95)
CO ($98.50)
BTN ($94.50)
Hero ($131.25)
BB ($95.90)

Pre-flop: ($1.5, 10 players) Hero is SB
2 folds, MP1 calls $1, MP2 calls $1, 3 folds, BTN calls $1, Hero calls $0.5, BB checks

Flop: ($5, 5 players)
Hero bets $4, 1 fold, MP1 raises to $8, 2 folds, Hero raises to $19, MP1 calls $15

Turn: ($47, 2 players)
Hero ($111.25)?

Hand 1 Bet $20 and fold to too much action.

Hand 2 You mean beautiful turn right? One hand beats you. I like a flop 3-bet but yours is way too small. Make it something like $28. As played, bets $36 on turn and push river.

hand 1: raise to $8 pre. Fire turn and fold to too much action.

hand 2: perfect turn, right? make a bigger 3-bet on the flop and fire the turn strong.

Dickheads will see the flop on hand 1 with KJ, but you just have to hope that someone with KQ or AK will stack off. Bet close to pot and get ready for a suckout.

That's a good card since he can easily be holding AK. He could also be holding QT and wanted to "test" you with that min-raise.

(sorry, editing here, misread hand) These are not ugly by any means! JJ, KK and KJ beat you here but who limps any of them from MP? A clueless fool could limp KJ, I guess, and maybe some dumb trap-happy fish might limp KK. But otherwise, you're behind absolutely nothing, and if he does have a king, good night.

In hand one, we have less than 4x the pot behind, so I'm not folding this unless there is some serious multiway action. I bet $20 and the rest on the turn if called.

Hand 2 - what they said.

Bet hand 1 for about $20 and see what happens. Checking here is a mistake.

Oh and three hands beat us in hand 2: KK, KJ, JJ. That is a very nice turn; the only way you could hope for better would be if it was a 7.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.
