I feel like the only hand your beating here is a draw (plausable) but this looks a lot like KJ or 22, I don't mind laying it down here.

I think you're facing an overzealous AK.
"Hesitantly" call the turn, since if you raise, villian might, just might, be smart enough to lay down.
Then, try to check-raise the river to get most of your chips in.
