I think I just call this bet, and then raise any turn if he bets small again... I may fold to a substantial bet... And if he re-raised me back after I've raised him I'd fold.

Donkbets are either for info or because he wants raising. If you sho two streets of strength only a calling station goes with you and when he does that youll pwn him later anyways, so the info is well bought. Otherwise he mucks some crap becasue we implied we wanted to play a big hand.
