hand 1: villain is a solid regular running 12/9/2.6. I'll take the blame if you guys hate my weakass passive line Gee, i cant really put him on a T or better given his actions and board texture. So is it a clear fold or a flat call?

I can't see how you can call the river raise in hand 1
I can't see how you can't shove the raise on the turn in hand 2

Against a tag I'm prolly not folding hand 2. He should have either 66 or a combo draw or some slowplayed big pair and obviously there are more combo draws and big pairs in his range than 66.
I shove hand 2.
Hand 1 ughhhhhh. I unno I hate the line you took. Especially on the river, c/c c/c donk ughhh I have no idea what to do here.

It's not that 2xc/r=weak, it's that our call on the flop c/r does not look like a ten. So, we are still under representing our hand because we didn't re-raise the flop. Plus, a continuation bet on the flop also doesn't look like a ten because most players would expect a check to slowplay.

Hand one is a clear fold, hand 2 is more ugh... I would shove without reads or history beyond stats but i'm not delighted.

This
Regarding hand 2, I know a few players who use the c/r double barrel line only with draws so I am biased but meh.

I don't really play full ring, but not sure how much that matters.
Hand 1 - I'd rather c/c here since his range is pretty polarized. Now that we've bet, we probably have to fold. Wouldn't be surprised if he had JT here or something.
Hand 2 - in my experience double c/r is weak. He c/r flop, so fine his range has Tx, 89 and FD's etc. Now the turn brings soooo many more draws. He probably expects you to check back on the turn sometimes, given his flop c/r. So he's going to check his strong hands now (Tx), knowing you'll check through a lot, on a draw heavy board? Probably not. I'd say this kind of line is way more often a draw of his own, than him having Tx. I ship this. The only hand I'm worried about is JT, cause double c/r would make sense for JT here.
