villain is a solid regular running 12/9/2.6 over 4k hands. His range on the river is composed of strong ACE, some slowplayed monsters or some occasional bluff. I think that he'd check back those weak ace on the river. Any comments on my play on 3 streets would be appreciated.

meh.. this spot is a bit lame. Why did you bet so small on the flop/turn? It's quite hard for him to have draws here ( I don't think a 12/9 is calling much here preflop with SCs) so I think this is AK/AQ a lot and you've induced a float with small cbet. You're getting like 4:1 though and you can easily have 55-77/88-TT here so if you think he gets to river a lot like this w/ SCs then you have to call..
