pf is fine.

Your predicament is not. 3 betting to $30 would likely isolate you and U+1. You have position, so checking behind would be available on the turn.

What do you guys think of pushing this? Is pushing this +EV if you include FE etc...???
Also since you just sat down at this table pushing this could do great things for your table image.
I had a similar situation a week ago where I pushed and was called by AA's...turn river were blank and I lost a buy-in, BUT was called a fish by a few people at the table, and after that no one respected my raises. I was being called down with 2nd pairs, and even A high once.

i dont like a push here because it looks like you might get called.
I dont know whether i like 3 betting here either, what do we know about UTG and UTG+1?

well, i don't think we're good here - the flop hit us decent, if we were in a 2 way pot - But i don't think our pair of 8's are good and it's possible with 5 people seeing the flop any flush cards are dead outs anyway -

fold -

If you change the 4c to a 7c it's an easy push, if you change it to a 5c it's still a good push, but since you are straight-drawless I think folding>raising to 25>calling>pushing
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

There is a hole in your thinking, just cause there are more people on a flop doesn't mean the odds change for your flush outs. I mean sure people will have more of your outs, but they will also have more of the cards you don't want, so it evens out. If you are referring to the fact that someone might have a higher flush draw (i can't tell which incorrect thing you are trying to say) then it doesn't matter because you have a pair, and a pair beats a flushdraw even if it is higher.

As for the hand i usually make it 35 here and call anything cause i'm an aggressive donkey. Only sets have you pwned, and you are barely behind anything else, throw in crazy folding equity and you have yourself a decent spot.
