Man that's ugly.. BUUUT, the only hand I can put him on with a T is maybe T J or a donk with AT, maybe some combonation of KT/QT... what else would call 3/4 PSBs? Either you were smoked before the river or you were ahead the whole way... I guess this could be AQ/AJ/busted fd sometimes.. Against an unknown this might be a fold? I'd be real tempted to call however...

Hrm. $120 in the pot plus his $55 bet (rounded off to include rake). Giving you 175:55 odds (~3.2:1). The only hand I could see him playing like this is either AK, AT or a missed flush. A set would have to raise here at some point before the river with all those draws out there.

I'd probably call, but usually not like the results
