I play on a site which the converter doesn't support, so just retyping the HH:

100$ NL, 7-handed, Hero is CO, Villain is UTG. Important stack sizes Hero $160, Villain $115, SB $125

Dealt to Hero Kh Qh

UTG raises to $3.5, 2 folds, Hero calls, Button folds, SB calls, BB folds

Flop Jh Ad 6h

Villain bets $11.5
Hero raises to $34.5 to $46
SB folds
Villain pushes
Hero calls

Comments please.

UTG has AA I'm guessing. Now you're wondering if you were right to stack off with a flush and a gutshot. Am I getting warm?

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 69.8990 % 69.90% 00.00% { AcAh }
Hand 2: 30.1010 % 30.10% 00.00% { KhQh }

If he has Axh:
equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 87.4747 % 87.47% 00.00% { Ah2h }
Hand 2: 12.5253 % 12.53% 00.00% { KhQh }

Or something like AhKs
equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 59.5455 % 59.09% 00.45% { AhKs }
Hand 2: 40.4545 % 40.00% 00.45% { KhQh }

Since you provided absolutely no reads, I'm assuming the worst. You may end up with odds to call in some cases, but you're most likely behind in a bad way.

UTG raiser, KQs is not strong enough for a call on the button. I would see this as an easy muck preflop...
