The initial raiser is 14/11/1.9 with steal % of 31% over 600 hands and 3 bettor is 22/15/2.3 with 3 bet of 4.8% over 200 hands. I dont know if i should 4 bet and get in here preflop. If we flat, how to proceed on this board?

from my opponents perspective, i can have AK really. My flat range also includes KK+ in some certain spot. Sometimes, i just 4 bet/call with AK or QQ.
