Villain 63/5/1. Call and see what happens on the turn? Shove? Or get out now? 5% PFR + AF 1 + mincheckraise for a decent chunk of his stack = I'm a little nervous here...

3 bet size is way tooo small. i'd make $13-14 preflop and shove over on this flop.

No way. He opened from EP, and has 5% PFR. Definitely does NOT have 2p, may have the pocket pairs but I'd weight it towards the higher ones.
