Opponent is 17/14 and is a new reg (First time I see him but he was with me on like 7 tables but had about 370 hands before this happened). He 3b 7%, cbets in 3b pot 2 out of 2 times and double barreled 2 out of 3 times. He seemed spewy in previous hands, but not really throwing his money away with nothing, just like overrepping his hands in spots he shouldn't, etc. Folding seems so nitty but I don't feel like I can continue anymore after the turn?

I think flatting the 3b is a massive leak. He's going to be able to outplay you on every board without a T. If you don't feel like you can continue on a all unders board you shouldn't be flatting preflop.
Either fold or 4b/c preflop, given reads.
As played, fold I suppose, though CRAI is definitely an option here.

TBH vs. the villain you described I would be more likely to just 4bet/fold pre since calling is going to put you in all sorts of shit oop with what is going to be a bluffcatcher on most boards. As played you have to fold turn.
