reraise to 23 -- probably call the all in (based on his stats)
if he was 18/8 I would fold to the all in

you have to raise here, alot of scare cards can come on turn.

68 would make this play. Take away his draw. I don't think a set leads on this board.

Based on his stats and that there is no clear draw on the board except maybe the str8, I would re-raise this bet to $25. If he raises you all-in, call. You will win these pots more often than you lose...he probably has TPMK or a str8 draw. A set check/raises this board from EP.
