why did you try to bluff the river
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

It was a value bet, figuring villain's passivity on the turn for weakness. I figured he'd caught some piece of this with AJ-AK, or even maybe a Kxs, and would look me up fairly light.

I think this villain woulda bet the turn with 2pr+, and if he was giving me rope, the river was an easy fold.

What is it with you and advocating these crazy overbets lately? Not saying they're terrible or anything, but I just don't get it.

Overbets are a weapon.

The turn is a really funny spot. We certainly have equity here, but are clueless about how much or what cards are good. It's one of those spots were we really like being all-in. 3x pot is probably too steep of a price, but not way out of reach.

I don't see how a turn push is good.

Seems like most hands I beat would fold do that aggression, but tons that beat me would look me up, and given the SPR, it seems that move is relying mostly on FE, chasing out hands I beat that may give me some river value.
