villian is a 18/12/2 regular( his 3 bet% is overall 3% and river AF is 2.3) My notes on this guy is he overbet with nuts on the river. He probably views me as a TAGish player. Damn it! Should i make a nitty fold based on his bet sizing and my note? My UTG range is so strong in this 3 way pot that i cant even think about any worse hands on his part at this point.

meh I think you're toast here a lot. This looks like a fold but it's hard because aces are pretty and his line is wtf. I probably snap this off in play too but I think that's a leak...

why is this a weird line?

i cant think of any hand a decent 100nl reg would c/c two streets with and turn into a bluff on this board. as you mentioned, your hand is pretty transparent unless you regularly 2-barrel AK or AQ. from his perspective you must have QQ+ imo, and shoving into that range on that river is pretty questionable to anyone with a brain. i think i have to fold here.
