villain is very loose passive running 39/5/1 over 120 hands. Do u guys call this overbet every single time? I planned to call any bet up to pot size cuz there were lots of busted draws out there.

I never call this.

1) People at NL50 where I play are generally not aggressive on the river
2) overbets tend to be for value

also your read is that he's loose passive aka he can maybe muster up a semi-bluff on the turn, but not a large bluff on the river

I think his numbers would suggest that he's not bluffing. From my experience, that's a value bet.

For me this is a snap fold of such epic proportions. The thing with loose-passive is that they don't press the bet button when they don't have anything. They press the call button hoping to hit something, but they don't think "whoaa what a nice river to bluff at".
