Villian is a 15/4 over 520 hands. He's definitely an ABC TAG.
How do you like my PF move, and what do you do on the flop?

Eww don't re-raise w/ jj against an UTG+1 nit, very bad combo. What would he raise pf there and call you with that you beat here? basically nothing at all, so i'd actually be inclined to just check fold this hand on the flop as played because i can't see a single thing that you beat pretty much. I mean maybe by betting you can get him to fold qq or jj, but thats about it.
There is an important concept that you have ignored in this hand. You should not bluff with a hand that has show down value. By just calling pf you can still beat many of the hands in his range, or if you are behind atleast hit a set. By re-raising here you are eliminating all the hands that JJ is ahead of, and putting yourself in a big pot with a hand that is PWNED.

Ugh, don't you think playing JJ for a set here is lame? Not that I think a smooth call is bad here OOP, but a reraise seems standard to me. Not only does it help you find out where you're at, but it forces villain to hit the flop hard (if he doesn't have KK, AA).
Also, I don't think that Villain calling this re-raise necessarily puts him on a hand that JJ is behind. AK, AQs, 10s and maybe even 9s would take this same line no? I never play full ring though, so maybe this is bad advice.

I would agree with this. I could see Villian reraising if he had KK-AA. AA for sure. If I were Villian and had AA-KK here especially AA. There is definately a good chance that I would raise it to 50$ or more. Hoping to get you to move all-in. If Villian knows he is in the lead. Wouldnt he want to get you all-in? Just because he doesnt raise though doesnt mean he dont have AA-KK.
So yea I could easily see hands you beat calling. Except for QQ (possibly KK ) hands that beat you would likely raise. Thinking about what I said. I would guess Villian has a PP QQs or less. Possibly AK maybe if he is loose AQs.

IMHO this is your best move. Unless Villian played AA-KK a little passive. (IMO if they had AA-KK in this hand they played it wrong.) So really you just have to worry about AK, QQ. Which I could see both hands especially QQ folding, to this raise. AK may fold putting you on KKK or AA, considering your PF raise.

WTF!?
post-content lol.
Anyway, id agree. 4% is something dumb like AQ+ 99+ only so your hardly going to push him off a hand preflop or if he likes his hand postflop. Its not like JJ dominats his range is it esp in ep?
To be honest id agree to calling oop and either like a low flop or make a set/draw on his ass and take all his chips when he falls in love with his big cards.

Edit on my post:
What I posted would be my thoughts/play on the hand as played.

IMO I agree with Bmxicle about what you should have done with that hand. I dont like the reraise you made here. It gives AA-KK a chance to make a big raise or move all-in. Which you would probably have to fold.
As played though your raise could help you know where you stand. IMO with Villian just calling your PF raise. I dont think he has AA-KK. I think those hands would have made a large re raise or moved all in. So I would make the 2/3 pot bet that yyellow suggested.

I often play 99--JJ like middle pairs when I'm OOP. I always play 99-JJ like middle pairs when I'm OOP against a 15/4 early position PF raiser and another caller.
As played, 2/3 cbet, obv. What other choice do you have?
