It either means "go ahead, stick some more in, I have you pwned" or it means "I have fuck all, how about you?".

So what do we do? Here's what I did:
UTG+1 bets $1, Hero raises to $20, UTG+1 calls $19.

River: ($66.50) Q (2 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: $66.50

The river is the easiest check behind ever, right? Pride to the man who says what villain is holding.

*drumroll*

Villain had K6s of diamonds. Turned out to be a total donk, luckily he gave me half a stack in return a few hands later before leaving.
