calling preflop then raising this flop makes no sense... Either 3bet pre or call on the flop.

i dont like my flop raise either but his tiny ass bet smelt weakness with two overs or other drawing stuff??

sorry I think you're right I didn't look at the bet size. Meh, fuck him and fold his TARP failed. I'm still pretty tempted to flat despite the small bet since nothing worse is going to call a raise and I don't want him shipping in draws after we've raised. Makes a raise ok tho.

flat call flop, or re-raise lighter - $13 does the same thing
